RDA’s Retainer Services

RDA will provide expert support on a monthly basis throughout the year and ensure there is specialized [Sitecore] assistance available as required. Examples of activities that may be covered by the retainer are:
  • Technical support.
  • Defect fixes.
  • Environment issues – correction of operational issues with the platform infrastructure.
  • Triage – investigation of issues that may turn out to be a defect, environment or user issue.
  • Minor enhancements and feature changes.
  • Training – Technical and/or Marketing users.
Retainer Services are not meant to cover more significant projects, which would be addressed by a separate proposal.
