RDA Account Executives are responsible for developing business within their territory and industry focus, be it Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail or Professional and Financial Services. We are growing, so new customer acquisition is the name of the game and the primary responsibility, but the management and strategic leadership of existing customer accounts within the territory is also key to success in the role. RDA Account Executives are supported by a phenomenal Marketing and Business Development team, as well as a Digital Engineering team for pre-sales assistance. We execute Account-Based Marketing strategies in identifying and gaining access to new accounts in our industries of focus. This position entails responsibility for the full spectrum of the customer relationship, from lead identification/qualification to support of our CSP to achieve ongoing value and ROI for our customers
Must be willing to provide field insights and work as part of an team to develop and deliver data-driven industry campaigns to help drive engagement and sales

Our customers are then offered to be in our Customer Success Program (CSP), whereby an RDA team which includes the Account Exec, a Digital Strategist, a Project Team Lead, and an Executive Sponsor help curate and lead an informative and KPI-driven quarterly meeting with our customers’ leadership teams to ensure we adhere to their strategy and roadmap as we look for new areas to improve results across their business.
