RDA Account Executives are responsible for developing business within their territory and industry focus, be it Manufacturing/Distribution or Professional Services.

New customer acquisition is the name of the game and the primary responsibility, but the management and strategic leadership of existing customer accounts within the territory is also key to success in the role. RDA Account Executive’s are supported by a phenomenal Marketing and Lead Development team as well as a Digital Engineering team for pre-sales assistance. We execute Account-Based Marketing strategies in identifying and gaining access to new accounts in our industries of focus. This position entails responsibility for the full spectrum of the customer relationship, from lead identification/qualification to support of our Customer Success program to achieve ongoing value and ROI for our customers.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex IT and marketing services to C-level, directors/managers of IT and Marketing with a track record of successful achievement of past sales quotas
  • 4 year degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or other technology-related fields
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about how Marketing and IT Technology platforms and services can both help customers grow revenue and improve margins across their business
  • Deep experience selling into RDA’s key vertical of Manufacturing/Distribution is required
  • Can identify new business and guide through all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, negotiating and closing business 
  • Must be a highly skilled, energetic and self-motivated sales professional; no hand-holding needed to succeed
  • Strong presentation and communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with all levels within an organization 
  • Must be willing to work as part of an industry team to develop and deliver industry marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Must be willing to travel to trade shows, partner conferences and clients/prospects as needed; can include evenings and occasional weekends
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose an appropriate solution by articulating the value proposition clearly and concisely 
  • Responsible for developing an annual territory and industry plan that will ensure hitting target numbers desired growth


  • Experience selling exact or equivalent RDA services – digital transformation, customer experience, commerce, modern workplace, custom app dev, AI, RPA, and managed services
  • Experience with RDA business platforms: Microsoft, Sitecore, Salesforce, Coveo, UiPath, LiveTiles, Episerver, Insite Commerce
  • Self-motivation, the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as the ability to leverage cross-matrix resources as needed
  • Challenger Selling training and mentality is a plus
