RDA migrated their Sitecore environment to Microsoft Azure, updated it to include best practices, such as setting up the Experience Editor, and trained their employees to easily edit content with little outside assistance. While they can make simple changes, RDA’s team provides managed services for updates, adds new features requested by the marketing team, and performs various ad hoc services, including application support on a weekly basis.
