CONSULTING CRITERIA

  • Consulting background from a mid-to-large technology or management consulting firm
  • Current experience implementing a Sitecore, Episerver or other enterprise CMS and/or e-Commerce (B2B /B2C) or Marketing Automation and Management tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Digital Customer Experience/Engagement business processes
  • Understands the design and delivery implications of Marketing Technology based enterprise applications
  • Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Has acted as Project Manager having directly managed project plans, backlogs, budget, people, and scope
  • Proven leadership and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior client management stakeholders as well as dealing with challenging customer circumstances

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to guide Project Managers on key project related activities – budget and scope management, staffing allocation, etc.
  • Manage effective staffing allocation while balancing career development, skill match, and cost profile
  • Ability to estimate complex tasks individually and/or with the feedback of SMEs
  • Solid understanding of Agile and especially Scrum, and its application on development projects
  • Proactively audit and provide constructive feedback around project, sprint, and spend plans
  • Participate in helping to establish/refine solution architecture on active projects
  • Own career path guidance, annual reviews, and address personnel-related situations for employees under direct management
  • Participate in kick off meetings and the planning phase while establishing rapport with senior leadership within the account
  • Serve as an escalation point on projects and work to diffuse customer satisfaction issues while maintaining the integrity of contract scope
  • Assist Project Managers and Account Executives in the authoring of project extensions and change request contracts
  • Assist Account Executives and Digital Strategists in the definition and delivery of customer success programs and plans
  • Oversee and manage recurring revenue models around subscription-based services
  • Stay current in emerging technology trends and evangelize via internal and external communications such as lunch-and-learns, webinars, and blogs
  • Participate in both billable (10-15%) and non-billable (85-90%) activities

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Background
  • Prior Cloud Platform Experience
  • Prior Programming Experience
  • Prior Data Modeling Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience
