We are excited to announce that Matt Forsyth has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2023. Forsyth joined RDA in 2018 and has held several leadership roles, including his current position as Chief Revenue Officer. Matt will lead the executive and management teams in his new role. “I am humbled and honored to accept the increased responsibility as the President & CEO of RDA and look forward to taking a more active role in defining the Company’s long-term vision and future expansion initiatives.”
Tom Cole, RDA’s current Chief Executive Officer, will transition to Chairman of the Board. Tom will continue to provide guidance on the company’s growth opportunities as well as governance leadership. “Matt’s consistent record of high growth and effective leadership makes him the ideal choice to lead RDA as CEO in this next phase. I look forward to supporting him and the executive team in my new capacity as Chairman of the Board. We have a great company that is well positioned to succeed in the next chapter of our story.“
Tom Cole joined RDA in 1998 and has led the company as President & CEO since 2005.
