AbsoluteCARE provides a wide variety of comprehensive medical services, including, infectious disease, urgent care, ambulatory, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, nutritional, educational and both mental health and social support, to name a few. With medical facilities in Atlanta, Baltimore, Greenbelt and Philadelphia, AbsoluteCare has treated thousands of patients since its founding in 2000.
In order to fully leverage the power of their Microsoft Cloud Services, AbsoluteCARE wanted a trusted partner that could bring significant value and confidence to the relationship to further justify their investment. Rather than managing their own licensing requirements, AbsoluteCARE desired to simplify their subscription and support options while also only paying for what they needed.
Solution
After building their Office 365 Intranet, RDA provided AbsoluteCare with cost-effective licensing options that were created specifically for their cloud service needs. They are able to increase or decrease the quantity of licenses purchased for both Office 365 and Microsoft 365 to fit their budget. Finally, their subscription package is month-to-month, meaning there are no long-term commitments.
