Featured Speakers: Damon Squires (webinars) Senior Software Engineer, RDA Corporation Damon Squires is a consultant with RDA Corporation and has been a Microsoft technology specialist for 10 years. Working on project teams ranging in size from 1 to 40 members, Damon has experienced the ins and outs of the development cycle as well as many different processes and software methodologies. He is a Microsoft Team System Technical Specialist, MCDBA, and MCPD in Enterprise Application Development.
Lonnie Wall (Philadelphia seminar) Principal Architect, RDA Corporation
Lonnie Wall is a Principal Architect for RDA with over 20 years of experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of small, medium and large business systems using Microsoft-based tools and technologies. He is a technical leader in RDA’s Architectural Guidance evangelism team and has been working with the Microsoft Patterns & Practices team for the past five years. Currently, Lonnie is working with P&P on an update to the Application Architecture for .NET guide that was originally published in 2002. He is experienced in Application Lifecycle Management using Visual Studio Team System and Team Foundation Server and currently holds MCSE, MCSD, and Sun Certified Java Programmer certifications.
John Baird (Philadelphia seminar) President, Quay, Inc.
John Baird began his computer programming career while in the U.S. Navy. In 1982, he helped form and direct the first PC-based computer processing department for training and manpower in the Department of Defense. After leaving the military in 1988, John began a varied career as a consultant, developing business applications ranging from computer-based training to vertical market software for resellers. Today, John is working for the industry leader in financial software for fund administration. John was recently awarded MVP status for device application development.
Ken McArdle (Philadelphia seminar) Technical Specialist – Team System, Microsoft
For four years, Ken has been a VSTS Technical Specialist for Microsoft. He is also a Certified Technology Specialist for Team Foundation Server. Ken has worked in the field with enterprise customers on their SDLC tools and processes for many years. He added, “It’s been a great experience working for Microsoft the last four years, because the marriage of process and tools can truly be realized with Team System.” |
