Account Executive - Redmond, WA

RDA has an immediate need for a seasoned Account Executive experienced in selling custom application development solutions or complex IT consulting services to senior IT and business executives in the Redmond, WA area.

The Account Executive will have a stable employment history and possess the following qualities:

• Seven years or more of experience selling custom application development solutions or complex technical IT consulting services or equivalent experience demonstrating successful consulting services sales within the Microsoft Campus.
• Proven experience selling to various business units within Microsoft and actively working a network of contacts.
• Able to demonstrate recent success in achievement of service based sales quotas.
• Expert at identifying/qualifying new business and cultivating relationships as well as penetrating and growing accounts.
• Creative in overcoming obstacles to making the sale.
• Professionally trained and proficient in sales fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft development tools and technologies.
