Senior Software Engineer - Washington DC / Baltimore, MD / Reston, VA

Success Criteria:

• Three+ years of enterprise project experience in C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Five+ years of developing with previous Microsoft technologies.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing and designing solutions and completing the development and deployment of applications using Microsoft .NET preferred.
• Minimum of one year of SharePoint 2003/MOSS 2007 customization experience with some experience in SharePoint administration and SharePoint architecture. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies (such as RUP and MSF).

RDA promotes technical excellence and the continuous enhancement of our delivery team through our established Technology Evangelist. These groups focus on developing expertise among their members in defined technology areas: our three largest teams are SharePoint (MOSS 2007), BizTalk and Business Intelligence.
