

Tom Cole
RDA President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Cole has been with RDA since 1998. Prior to his current role with the company, Tom led all business development activities for RDA. In addition, he formerly headed the company’s Professional Services and System Integration divisions. He also previously served as RDA's Senior Vice President for Marketing, and, prior to that, as Managing Director of RDA's Baltimore/Washington offices.
Tom spent 11 years with Hewlett Packard before coming to RDA, and seven with The Apex Group, a network and systems integration provider. Born in upstate New York and reared in the Washington, D.C. area, he holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola College. His interests include spending time with his family, playing golf and fly-fishing.
Steve Kupres
Steve Kupres has been with RDA since 1990. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for overseeing the company's financial, IT, administrative and human resources functions, including managing company finances, financial reporting and projections, development of office support infrastructures, recruiting and company benefits administration.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola College in Baltimore. He recently served for five years as a Commissioner on the Maryland Real Estate Commission with two years as Vice Chairman. Outside of RDA, Steve coaches his children's soccer and basketball teams and enjoys fishing, camping and other outdoor recreational activities.
Tony Pekala
Tony Pekala has been with RDA since 1992. As Vice President of Technical Services, Tony is responsible for overseeing all professional services delivered in the field to customers. This covers project delivery, people management, consultant hiring, skills development, career growth, and partner management. Tony has a technical background and a vast amount of experience operationally with the company. He has held several prior roles, including Director of Capability and Marketing, Technical Sales Programs Director, Program Director, Managing Director for the Virginia Office, Project Manager, and Senior Software Engineer.
Tony spent three years with Intersolv as Director of Information Technology before coming to RDA. He moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 1985, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University. His interests include spending time with his family, golf, and performance driving.
Kirk Junker
Kirk Junker has been with RDA since 1996. As Program Director, Kirk directs RDA’s client engagements for the DC/NoVA and Seattle geographies. He is responsible for the quantity and quality of work performed by RDA's consultants. Kirk also develops RDA's professional services business, providing specialized technical expertise. He is directly involved in recruiting and training consultants as well as business development activities. Kirk has a technical background and - prior to the Program Director role - served as a Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to RDA, Kirk spent three years with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting providing technical services to internal and external clients. Kirk is a native to the Washington, D.C. area and earned his bachelor's degree at Virginia Tech. Outside of RDA, Kirk enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, and restoring and racing his 1978 Porsche.
Bryan Siedlecki
Bryan Siedlecki has been with RDA since 1995. As Program Director, Bryan is responsible for overseeing all professional services delivered to customers within the Philadelphia region. This includes project delivery, management of Philadelphia resources, consultant hiring, skills development, career growth, and maintaining partner relationships within the local geography. Bryan has a technical background and has held several prior roles in Philadelphia and Maryland, including Capability Program Director, Technical Director, Project Manager and Consultant.
Prior to RDA, Bryan spent seven years at Autotote Corporation and General Instrument Corporation, designing and implementing wagering systems and related services to state lotteries, racetracks and off-track betting facilities. He also spent three years at Becton Dickinson designing and developing embedded software controlled devices for microbiology testing equipment. Born and raised in Baltimore, Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Loyola College, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and playing golf.
Eric Tanenholtz
Eric Tanenholtz has been with RDA since 1996. As RDA’s Program Director for the Maryland geography, Eric is responsible for overseeing all developers, architects and project managers providing professional services on RDA’s Maryland projects. This covers project delivery, people management, consultant hiring, skills development, and career growth. Additionally, as a program director, Eric works closely with RDA’s account executives on sales actions and proposal development. Eric has held several prior roles, including Senior Project Manager and Software Engineer.
Eric spent several years working for companies in their internal IT departments and understands the challenges such departments can face. He has an MBA from the University of Maryland. His interests include spending time with his family, camping, golf, and various outdoor activities.
Flynn Fischer
Flynn Fischer has been with RDA since 1998. As Business Development Director, Flynn is responsible for managing RDA’s sales efforts in the Baltimore, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Northern Virginia metro areas.
Flynn earned his bachelor's degree in business from Ohio State University. Prior to joining RDA, Flynn worked for 25 years in various technology related sales positions with a variety of responsibilities. Most of that time was spent in management roles. In his spare time, Flynn enjoys boating and tennis.
Jason Amato, CPA
Jason Amato has been with RDA since 1998. As Controller, Jason is responsible for directing all of the accounting related functions of RDA, the preparation and accuracy of all financial reports in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, and establishing and maintaining the organization's internal controls, policies and procedures.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Accounting from Villa Julie College in 1996 and obtained his CPA certification in 1999. He is currently an active member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MDSPCA). Outside of RDA, Jason enjoys golfing and spending time with his growing family.
Patti Weaver
Patti Weaver joined RDA in June of 1997. She is currently focusing a majority of her time on RDA’s Marketing Communications Department. Specifically, she is responsible for planning and managing RDA’s marketing campaign efforts, including those involving Microsoft activities. In addition, Patti manages the day-to-day activities associated with Facilities and Administrative Services for the company, including RDA’s benefits administration. Before joining RDA, Patti worked in the real estate and legal fields in various roles spanning management and marketing.
Outside of RDA, Patti spends time with her husband enjoying Caribbean travel destinations. Patti also enjoys karate and keeping fit, as well as social time with friends and singing karaoke!
Angie Willey
Angie joined RDA in 1998 as the Recruiting Manager for Baltimore/Washington. Over the past 10 years, she has added corporate recruiting, salary administration, and training to her responsibilities. In 2008, Angie joined the Marketing Communications group and has been working closely with Patti Weaver to develop a strong marketing group within the organization. Prior to joining RDA, Angie worked in various HR roles at a major bank in the Baltimore area.
In addition to working at RDA, Angie also serves as a board member for the Casey Cares Foundation, which provides uplifting programs for critically ill children. Outside of work and board duties, Angie enjoys time with her family, time at the gym, or reading a book on any beach.
Dave Wisel
Dave joined RDA in 1997. He is currently the IT Systems Manager responsible for the operations of the internal IT group. He manages the internal Helpdesk as well as the internal network, and telecommunications for the company. Dave is also responsible for internal IT policies. Prior to joining RDA, Dave managed a 1000+ node Novell network for a National delivery company. Outside of RDA, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. His interests include bicycling and sailing. He is also an avid woodworker.
